Develop the awareness and self-care needed to hold space without burning out
As a Death Care Consultant, I’ve sat with so many people in the depths of grief. Not just those who’ve lost someone, but those who’ve lost parts of themselves along the way. I searched again and again for a course or resource that explained grief in a real, culturally aware way. Something that wasn’t clinical, sugar-coated or buried in jargon. I couldn’t find anything that covered all the layers in one place.
So I created it myself.
These courses are for those who are grieving, those supporting others, and those simply trying to understand what grief really looks and feels like. Especially across different cultures and traditions. Most resources overlook how grief is experienced and expressed differently across communities. This course centres that reality.
A deeper understanding of the many faces and forms of grief
Practical tools to support yourself and others
Language to name what you feel – even the parts that are hard to explain
A clearer view of how grief intersects with life, identity and culture
A safe, thoughtful space to reflect, heal, and grow
This course is designed to guide you through the foundations of end-of-life support with clarity, care, and confidence.
Whether you are supporting a loved one or stepping into this work professionally, you can begin your journey in just a few simple steps.
